Setting: Forgotten Realms

Antiquated Shade, a name decided upon by the DM quite a while after beginning, is a campaign that began on a night like many others. Jason had just come back from his trip to Japan, and within two days, the guys were ready to play Dungeons & Dragons. We gathered at a new place this time - the apartment of Rich and Lexi, surrounded by our books, dice, unhealthy snacks and friends, until finally Jason volunteered to DM. Jeremy's Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting manual caught his eye, and he immediately sat down on the couch, began flipping through the pages, and whipped out something reasonable in around one hour flat. Little did we all know that this campaign was not going to be like many before that had been dropped after but a few sessions. It has continued on quite regularly so far, and the only seemingly impending doom is the end of the summer - the annual breaking of our fellowship.
